Feb. 5-9 is National School Counseling Week and we are celebrating here at RBES with a theme of "Linking Together for Friendship." Our K4-2nd grade homerooms are working on building a Friendship chain by showing good friendship traits. Our 3rd-5th grade homerooms are building their chains by earning bingos on their Friendship Bingo Cards. They are doing acts of kindness like "playing with someone new" and "write a thank you card to an RBES staff member." At the end of the week we will link all the chains together. We can't wait to see how long our RBES Friendship Chain will be!
Our Roadrunner Ambassadors helped us promote the week by decorating a banner promoting National School Counseling Week. We love being part of such a wonderful school family!
